First, a few notes on Neptune! Neptune is that surrender quality of life, that sea of all there is, that magical, yet mysterious, illusionary energy. I have jokingly started calling Neptune the"pad in the ocean" quality to life. In a recent trip to the beach, I was walking along where the waves meet the shoreline, like I like to do, and I noticed a pad floating in the ocean. My Virgo self immediately went into judgement and horror, but then my Neptune self (more easily able to tap into at the ocean) just had to laugh and say well...that's Neptune! Neptune truly is that "everything is welcome'' and "embraces all that is" of life. It's where there's no exclusion to anything, where we are softer, more sensitive, and tolerate only love. It's a beautiful thing, but sometimes a mysterious and tricky thing...just as all of the ocean is to us.

Also, heads up! Neptune moves reallllllly slowly, like...really slowly. So, take this quiz as clues to your natal Neptune and/or your 12th house or Neptune influenced parts of your chart too!

Neptune in Pisces / 12th House

If you are a Neptune in Pisces or 12th House Neptune gal, then your angelic quality is..well...within all there is. You have a softness and deep sensitive quality to yourself. You might get sucked into the news easily, or believe stories without fact. You just kind of roll with things, with everything. But what is certain is that wherever you go, you bring this ease and this flow. And people FEEL IT. They see your devotion to God and your sense of spirit. You embody the true spiritual self in many ways, and you help awaken that in others. Don't dim your light for being too "soft" or too naive. Instead, wave on dear angel, wave on.

Neptune in Aries / 1st House

With Neptune in Aries or your 1st house, you think like a spiritual maven. People might also see you for this angelic quality, since it puts the mysterious, spiritual planet in the house of the readily seen and up front and center. You might embody an angelic mysticism quality through physical activity - like spiritually informed martial arts, Tai Chi, Quigong, or yoga. You might also just have this sense of "knowing" truths. It comes to you like a claircognizance and people are often in awe of what you just "know". Either way, Neptune in the Martian quality brings a force for good to the physical body and spiritual mind. Neptune in Scorpio / 8th House

 With Neptune in Scorpio or your 8th house, your well of spiritual desire runs deep. You might love art forms of fallen angels and shadow goddesses because to you shadow work is your true angelic work. You might even help and heal people who are embodying transformation through overcoming domination and control, overcoming sexual traumas and deep, ancestral wounds. Your angelic work this lifetime is that of shadow work therapy: to use your intuition to help shake someone of  darker, more shadowy limitations they have been under or keep themselves under in their mind. Rock on, "fallen angel", rock on!

Neptune in Virgo / 6th House

Neptune in Virgo or in the 6th house brings an angelic quality that is the meeting of opposites. Virgo and Pisces are both healers, just on different physical planes of reality. With this placement, you might not readily see when you need to take care of your angelic body's needs all the time. You might deceive yourself into thinking you are healthier than you are, and would do well to have some supportive health coaches and health-minded people around you to keep you in check.  You might also bounce between the extremes of needing space and boundaries but then wanting to be all-loving and all-welcoming. Ultimately, working towards achieving this balance will be part of your angelic work this lifetime. Once you begin to achieve mastery in it, you can teach this duality and balance to others. Remember mastery is an undulating process - not a one time fix all - so don't beat yourself up if it's not perfect!

Neptune in Libra / 7th House

With Neptune in Libra, your angelic love is alllll for the relationships in your life. You take pleasures in the sappiness of life, poetry, chivalry, medieval art and fantasy. You yourself might even be an artist or fashion designer, blending your elements of intuition with aesthetic and design. Or, you might go into the healing arts helping and assisting couples, or helping singles find true love as a matchmaking coach. If its love, romance, and relationship related, you find it dreamy. Your caution with this sign or house placement is not to get lost in love, losing yourself so completely into your partner that you lose too many personal boundaries and sense of self identity. Let your love shine on, but just remember self-love is another important form of love too!

Neptune in Taurus / 2nd House

With Neptune in Taurus or your 2nd house, your relationship to money and over indulgences will wax and wane, like the tides of the sea. You might amass wealth and then lose wealth. There will be part of you always finding safety and security in finances alluring and sweet, but its not until you surrender into not having the more grandiose lifestyle you seek that you will begin to manifest treasures untold. As you increasingly practice this surrender quality to your life, more and more you will manifest material worth and self-made assets. Your caution here is to watch yourself going overly into victim mode about not having enough (even if it IS justified). It just won't feel good to get overly lost in your feelings about not having money sometimes, and in fantasizing about the past or "better times" you block yourself from receiving the new and actual better. Money is cyclical, and it is natural for it to ebb and flow, just like the ocean teaches us so!

Neptune in Leo / 5th House

With Neptune in Leo or your 5th house, your angelic flair has a taste for the theatrics. You are the "drama angel". You might even have a love of soap operas or angel-inspired dramas (Hello "Touched by an Angel"!). If you are an actor or actress, you love plays and movies that embody romance and fantasy. War and gore just won't do it for you, as you really prefer this lighter, more playful side of life. Your caution is to watch for getting sucked into unseen dramas yourself. You might need to take a step back sometimes and see that you are loudly broadcasting a play of one! Is what you are fussing and fretting over really that big of a deal? Is there a friend you could go to to see things more clearly? Sometimes things are not as dramatic as they seem. This angelic placement can bring so much delight and beauty in the world, but sometimes a couple reality checks can't hurt along the process.

Neptune in Aquarius / 11th House

Neptune in Aquarius or your 11th house brings an angelic quality to serving the people. You have this intuitive ability of knowing when to show up at the right time. You might be that friend who just "knew they had to call someone", or maybe you are the leader of your local spiritual Meetup group you are in. Either way, your angelic light shines among friends and in group settings. You might also surprise people with how you offer your types of spiritual services. You might go about it in ways that involve more technical spiritual arts (like astrology! woot woot) or other forms of energetic technological alchemy like DNA activations, making orgonites and more. As long as you are given a means to share your healing arts and abilities with others widely, you will be there.

Neptune in Sagittarius / 9th House

Neptune in Sagittarius or your 9th house brings an element of playful spirituality to all you do. You might be the type to jet-set over to Peru for an Ayahuasca ceremony and then come back and still have planned a drumming circle, book club meeting, and new moon party all in the same week. You love celebrating your spirituality publicly and in bold, adventurous ways. You might even over-indulge in spirituality a bit and find you need to temper back how and when you imbibe in all things new age-y. Maybe you just do too much of too many things, or maybe you take things a bit too far with indulgence in what you do. The important thing for you is keep writing, keep communicating, keep going. Your words are needed to make the world a better place.
