Returns

Making returns at Ephemeris.co is easy! To begin the process, please email support@ephemeris.co with the subject line “Return” and add your order tracking number on the body of the email.

We’ll do our best to solve any problems straight away.  We kindly ask you to always contact us before returning any products. We also advise to always provide us with complete addresses with sufficient information for the courier, avoiding unwanted returns.

Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 48 hours after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
